As an experienced, educated and accredited door company, we not only know what we are doing, but we stand behind it with the Capital Region’s best warranty on new residential doors purchased from us. We are offering a 5 year limited warranty directly on materials and workmanship for new residential door installations. For details on our warranty program, please contact our office.

 

Value is our solution to cheap. Whenever possible, we automatically upgrade torsion springs to 200% higher cycle life or more than the factory standard. Our springs are engineered to last twice as long as the average spring, allowing your door to go longer between needed repairs.

 

Note

Leo’s Overhead Doors, Inc offers free in-home estimates on the sales and installation of new garage doors during regular business hours. We do not schedule free in-home sales estimates after regular business hours.

 

Estimates on repairs or labor are not offered. We will be happy to schedule a service visit for repairs on existing doors and door parts at your convenience. For emergency assistance, we do offer a 24-hour on-call service. Please see the Labor Rates tables for applicable rates.

 

Residential customers can agree to this service agreement verbally over the phone and/or by signing Leo’s Overhead Doors, Inc invoices.
